PRIVACY PROTECTION

We do everything to make you feel safe with us. In this document you will find everything you need to know about how we protect your privacy, in particular what data we collect, how we use it, with who we share them, how you can control processing, what measures we take to protect your data, and you will also find here some information about the rights you have in relation to processing the data.

When processing your personal data, we comply with all regulations that apply to the protection of personal data concerning, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the so-called GDPR) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data data.

WHO WE ARE AND HOW TO CONTACT US

We, the company ITAPS s. r. o (LLC) , are the operator in the processing of your personal data established in Bajkalská 19B, 821 01, Bratislava , registration number: 46 326 570, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, section: Sro, file no .: 76014 / B.

WHAT KIND OF DATA WE PROCESS

When providing our services, we collect the following information about you:

Data when filling in the contact form

If you are interested in using our services, you can fill in the contact form on our website. The data you have to enter there are name, surname, e-mail, telephone number and information about your studies. Thosedata are needed to contact you to offer our services.

Optional data are: in which field you study, what kind of job you search for, how much time it is possible for you to spend at work and curriculum vitae. If you provide us with those data, we will be able to prepare the most suitable offer of our services before contacting you.

In the contact form, you can also give us specific consent to provide your personal data to other companies we work with. If you provide us with it, we will be able to confirm their interest in cooperation before contacting you and that way we will be able to contact you with much more detailed offer of our services.

Data when establishing cooperation

If we agree to establish cooperation, we will enter into an employment relationship. To prepare your employment contract we will need to know your personal data (name, surname, date of birth, personal identification number, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail, data on education and studies, data on family life, data on identity document, account number, nationality, sex etc.) and your CV.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:

To be in touch with you

We use your data from the contact form to prepare an offer of our services and to contact you. or when we want to react to your message or you ask us to change some of your personal data in the contact form.

If you have given us your consent, we may share your information with other companies with which we cooperate to prepare a more specific offer of our services.

Offering of our services

In a case, we decide to establish a cooperation, we will use your personal data to prepare an employment contract we are about to sign.

Improving our services and marketing

We also use information about visits and movement on our website and its individual sections for advertising and marketing purposes on our as well as on other websites. This information we use for analytical purposes so that we understand how people use our website and that we know how to make it even more intuitive and user-friendly.

Security and protection of rights

We also use your data to ensure the security of the services we provide in order to respond to claims which have been brought against us in proceedings before state and other bodies that control our activity and to enforce the claims that have arisen for us.

LEGAL BASES

The legal bases for the processing of your personal data are:

  1. Consent – especially in connection with filling in the contact form and providing your data to companies we work with. Any consent given is voluntary and it is possible to withdraw it at any time, which, however, does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to its appeal;
  2. Pre-contractual relationships – if we decide to cooperate, we will use your data on the assessment of conditions for the performance of the job position and for the preparation of the employment contract, which together we will sign;
  3. Fulfillment of our legal obligations – when making data available to state and other authorities which supervise our activities or which resolve disputes or the execution of decisions;
  4. Our legitimate interest – in improving our services, some marketing activities, or in security and protection of rights, as mentioned above. In these cases we always carefully consider whether the processing will not constitute a disproportionate interference with your rights.
TO WHOM WE MAKE THE DATA AVAILABLE

We do not disclose, make available or provide your personal data to any other entities, except situations described below:

When you give a consent

If you have given us your consent, we may share your information with other companies with which we cooperate to prepare a more specific offer of our services..

In cases of external processing

Your personal data is available to some of our suppliers who process it for us based on our instructions and in accordance with this document. In doing so, they comply with all necessary safety, technical and organizational measures to provide your personal data with the required protection. We talk, especially, about following categories of recipients: hosting and data center service providers.

Analytical and advertising services

We also work with partners who provide us with analytical and advertising services. They allow us to better understand how the users use our website, place our advertisement on the Internet and measure its performance. These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your interaction with our services as well as other sites. For legal reasons and to prevent damage

We may also store or disclose your data to others to comply with our obligations resulting from legislation, from the requirements of state and other authorities that we apply our claims or defend ourselves in proceedings where others are asserting them against us.

The categories of third parties to whom we make personal data available for these reasons include for example courts, state and other bodies competent to exercise control over our activities, to resolve disputes or implementation of decisions, or our legal and accounting consultants and auditors.

TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES

We do not actively transfer your personal data to third countries outside the EU. Some partners with whom we cooperate with the processing of personal data carry out such transfers, specifically to the USA. Persons whom they make this information available in the United States will comply with the terms of the US-EU PrivacyShield and thereby provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

In accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, we perform all necessary safety, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Electronic data is stored in protected database on a server that is ours or is reserved for us. Database containing personal data is protected from its damage, destruction, loss and misuse.

HOW LONG WE STORE THE DATA

In a case, you gave us your consent to use your personal data, we store these data until you decide to withdraw the consent or until the retention period you stated in the consent does not end. In cases of use of your data based on our legitimate interest, we will retain your data until the reason for their processing does not disappear. However, we must warn you that even if one of the processing reasons terminates, this may not result in us ending the retention of your personal data. These personal data we can, and sometimes have to process for another purpose with a different legal basis.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS

From the fact that we process your personal data, multiple of your rights arise.If you apply for any of the rights below, we will notify you of the processing of your application within 30 days of its delivery to us. In justified cases, we can extend this period to 60 days and we will inform you.

How to exercise your rights

You can exercise your rights by sending an email or a written request to our contact address mentioned in section "Contact us" above.

Please state your name, surname, e-mail address or place of residence in your application. If you do not provide us with the information mentioned, we will not be able to comply with your request. We need the information to verify your identity and not to provide your personal data to unauthorized person.

Right of access to data

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us as whether your personal data are being processed and, if so, we will provide you with information on what data we process about you, for what purpose, to whom your personal data has been provided, whether it has been transferred to a third country and for how long we will store your personal data.

Right of correction

If you believe that our company is processing incorrect personal data about you, you can ask us to correct them. We are interested in processing the right personal data about you, so use this right whenever, for example, you move or some of your personal data which are important to your relationship with us change.

Right of deletion

You have the right to delete your personal data that we process about you, if the following conditions are met and no legal exceptions apply:

  • the data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were obtained,
  • you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis to process them,
  • You object to the processing of your personal data based on your specific situation,
  • processed based on a legitimate interest and do not outweigh the legitimate reasons for the processing or you object processing for the purpose of direct marketing,
  • personal data were processed illegally.

In the event that your personal data is disclosed and you exercise your right of deletion, we delete also such published personal data. We will also inform the other recipients of your personal data, that you have exercised the right of deletion and they should therefore delete all links to your personal data if it is technically possible having regard to the technology available and the cost of carrying out these measures.

Right to restrict processing

You also have the right to ask us for a temporary processing restriction in the following cases:

  • if you believe that we are processing incorrect personal information about you, until the verification of accuracy of these personal data is not finished,
  • processing your personal data is illegal and you choose instead of deleting personal data request a restriction on their processing,
  • we no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but these are necessary for your own purposes proving, asserting or defending your legal claims,
  • in case you object to the processing of your personal data, until verification or justified reasons for the processing of personal data outweighs your legitimate interests.

Right to data accuracy

You have the right to obtain personal data that we process about you on the basis of consent or contract and we process them by automated means, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable manner format. You can pass this information on to another person, so if technically possible, we will pass the data based on your request directly to the operator of your choice.

The right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your specific situation which is carried out in our legitimate interest, including the right to object to profiling based on our legitimate interest. You also always have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if it is processed on purposes of direct marketing.

SUBMISSION OF COMPLAINTS

If you believe that your personal information has been processed unfairly or illegally, you may file complaint to the supervisory body, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 8207 Bratislava 27, tel. number: +421 / 2/3231 3214; e-mail: statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk, https://dataprotection.gov.sk. In the case of an electronic application, it is necessary that: it meets requisites according to § 19 par. 1 of Act no. 71/1967 Coll. on Administrative Procedure (Administrative Procedure Code).
